I was wondering why Green's (The real name of Red's female rival) name is Blue? and Blue (The real name of Red's main rival)'s name is Green? What is the reason of this?

For some reason, I just captured the corpse pokemon 3,4 and 6 and managed to catch a ghost but it changed into gastly after I check it on the PC.

Looks like I just found a bug in part 2 glitch fix.. The game freezes after Red saved Blue the first time when she was trapped by Team Rocket. It freezes specifically at the roof of an apartment beside PokeCentre and also some stairs are unclimbable..
