How does the level reset affect stats? If I decide to buy/use vitamins, will they go to waste upon reset?

Beat the Orange league and now I'm stuck. Went to Hamlim island and fought Carly. Don't know where to go next. If I go back to pallet, blue is still there telling me go to Hamlim.

Made it to the orange league today. And then instantly went broke buying a bunch of mega stones and evolving my team lol. There's a couple text errors on some mega stones where they say which Pokemon hey evolve but it actually says the name of the stone instead of the Pokémons name Can anyone...

Figured out an alternate solution. Caught one of the Lv 70 Absol floating around, used Perish Song, then just stalled till it hit. Now once again I'm stumped on where to go now that I'm out of the underworld.

What's the typing on missingnos Error Signal and Necromancy moves? I keep getting 1 hit KOd and I think my only shot is to bring in something that isn't effected by those moves.
