Hey, I am an original pokemon card collector, from the original series when I was in year 5 and 6 around 99, 2000 mark...some stories i had was i owned two of the more rarer cards you could get moltres and zapdos and i traded both for something ridiculous like 31 shinys.

I am 22 now and getting back into them, I don't know half the pokemon around now so i need to learn :).
