Hello, I had a problem with a gameplay. I have saved the game before fighting Clair and then after the fight it just freeze. I couldn't do anything, move or open the menu - even after trying to reopen the save. What should I do?

I talked with professor Ivy on Valenica Island and then left for another trip with Misty. After emergency landing, I'm on Tangelo Island and when I'm trying to go through some building at the beginning of it, my game stops. Can anybody help me? Please.
