Tool: Pokemon DS Map Studio: Create Pokemon DS maps in 5 min [2.1 VERSION]

I'm not a Windows user so I'm not fully sure, but this sounds like a permission problem. It looks like JOGL (a sub-component of PDSMS) is trying to create a temporary directory where it extracts his libraries, but fails at it. Please try to follow Trifindo advice and try to run the executable...

Tool: Pokemon DS Map Studio: Create Pokemon DS maps in 5 min [2.1 VERSION]

Here is the 1.12 version for Linux. Everything works ok apart from NSBMD export, which can be done manually by calling g3dcvtr with wine.

Tool: Pokemon DS Map Studio: Create Pokemon DS maps in 5 min [2.1 VERSION]

I'm sorry for the late answer, but I'm busy doing my master thesis at the university. I'm attaching the 1.8 test version for Linux if you want to try it out. Be aware that it cannot be used fully as g3dcvtr is only available for Windows (it works under wine, but I still have to patch PDSMS to...

    Is rom-hacking on the decline?

I don't consider myself a "veteran" ROM hacker, but I've grown up with Gen 1, and played them all till Gen 5 (I couldn't play Gen 6/7 because I don't have a 3DS), and I've started to explore ROM hacking around 2009. I can definitively say that at that time, hack ROM forums were way more vibrant...

    Tool: JackHack96's Tool Factory

Originally I didn't want to protect them with a password, but then Firefox and Chrome started blocking my downloads, because as you know there are some programs which are seen by anti-virus as potentially harmful for the system. In fact that's not true, this is called a false positive case...

Check if you have Java 1.8 installed. Then select the correct executable for your computer architecture (32 bit or 64 bit).

Don't worry because I'll upload it, but not until it gets polished. Since I am here, I'll share an update with you (yes I'm still active): during Christmas holidays I managed to write some code. I'm trying to simplify the ROM handling mechanisms, because the current one really sucks badly...

    Tool: JackHack96's Tool Factory

Well, this could be interesting. But before doing that someone must discover a way to do that xP I'm currently studying for the university, and during august I got some free time which I spent doing some development on DS PokeHack Studio :), and now in september and the months coming I won't...

    Tool: JackHack96's Tool Factory

I didn't have this issue (but I made only a quick test, probably I could find issues if I make a heavy-testing of the app, but I don't have time these months...) Ehm, well I'd feel a bit ashamed by publishing the code because I don't touch it since october, when I started the university, and...

Ahhh you mean the events! Yeah they are a little nasty on NDS, in fact SDSME had a built-in editor for them, but it didn't work very well... Try it (but I had problems using it, especially with HG/SS)..

Except from the studies, I'm fine :). Now I'll have my first exam session in February, so I'm studing hard because I want to pass them ;) I'm sorry for the random crashes, I know they are very annoying. If you want to have some feedback from the program, start it with a terminal (on Windows...
