    Trying to apply the patch, but it keeps on giving me an error that there was an "invalid input" and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Edit: Found out the problem. I was under the assumption it needed a US ROM, so once I used an EU ROM it worked

    I'm unsure what the NTSC 1.0 Version of Fire Red is. I'm usually used to using the Squirrels Fire Red when it comes to patching.

    Patch: Shiny PID Reroller(Changing shiny odds)[Fire Red, Emerald]

    So I'm trying to use this and I'm still confused as to HOW you actually changed the odds. I read you have to use a hex editor, but I'm confused as to what numbers in the hex change the odds and what numbers will give certain odds.
