The Kanto Gyms were kinda hard, but still at low levels. The only reason they were hard was because the wild Pokemon were so weak that you couldn't train properly. They should seriously raise the levels, but for some reason I don't think they will :'(

I liked the old Bug Catching Contests, but we need better Pokemon to catch. The only real reason people did it was to get Butterfree & Beedrill (if they couldn't be bother to level Caterpie and Weedle up to Lv. 10), and Scyther and Pinsir. Maybe some Ariados or Ledian. And, after you get the...

I think the new part of Goldenrod is the GTS. If you remember back to the Japanese version of Crystal, there was the PokeCom Center, or Pokemon Communications Center, so you could trade with people worldwide using a Mobile Phone connection. GTS. Global Trade Station. Wi-Fi Connection. Nuff said.

Actually... In Platinum, the signature Pokemon were changed. Volkner's changed to Electivire, Flint's to Magmortar, Candice's to Froslass (and again to Glaceon after the National Dex).

Steven would be a logical choice to explain why there were suddenly superancient Hoenn Pokemon in Johto. The fact they are there CLEARLY hints at a Ruby and Sapphire remake sometime in the future. Just think- one day there may even be a Diamond and Pearl remake... how strange!

Blantantly Obviously Pal Park I'm sorry, but how can nobody else notice this? What else do we know (from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum) that has six areas of different terrain. Yes. The Pal Park. And is that a desert above Ecruteak?
