    Error Rainbow Pika

    I pulled a Pikachu vmax rainbow!! Except its dreadfully miss cut. However it is so miss cut it is now missing the bottom "2020 Pokemon/nintendo/creatures/GAME FREAK" text. (Check attached pictures) My question is does this make it a technical Error print, and how does it effect its value?
