It turns any meds item in Slot 1 into 99 rare candy. I strongly recommend that you never put an important item in the first slot and also deactivate the cheat when the 99 rare candies show up there. Here's how mine looks when I put 1 Antidote in the first Slot and it turned into 99 rare candy.
