That was most definitely his text from the original G/S/C. I am 100% positive. I also missed this text on my SS play through, I liked the reference to Red.

Question here: Do you take your palettes from existing sprites or do you make them yourself?

You don't have to alter the outline, except shading-wise. You just have to change how it's shaded and colored to the new standards. Why call it a revamp if you're going to be changing the sprite completely, rather than just the colors?

But in this case we're not talking technically, I mean, this is Pokémon. We're talking about how Nintendo's demographic classify animals and I'm pretty sure any child you ask will say whales and dolphins are not the same, despite being part of the same classification scientifically.

I'm sorry, when did whales become dolphins? I must have missed the memo. Surely this means that ferrets and hamsters are now the same, correct?
