Hey I am using vgba for android and i want to move fire red & emerald saves to my pc so i can run them on vba link however I cant get the save files to open. vgba gives me a .sav, .sta and a .gba the .gba opens the rom fine but the other two extensions are not recognized.
any help?
I had a similar problem and it was because I was running the wrong version of the emulator. There is one specially made for that.

I am having some issues moving tiles around. I have created a lot of maps on one tile set that I want to insert into a rom with a different tile set. So my logic is if i move the tiles in the second rom around so they are in the same places as there equivalent tiles were in the original rom I...
I am looking to start a new hack, and want to use a ROM base, however I all ready have a very good title screen inserted on another rom. Is there a way to harvest the title screen from the old rom and insert into onto the new rom base?
The map does not look to bad but there a few things that could be improved in my opinion, mainly the sheer size of it, i do like to see large starting towns but it does not seem like you have enough buildings to fill that amount of space that in combination with the sparsely placed tree's leaves...
I think the most productive thing to do now is get all the people who are interested in leading to put there name down, and have a poll, then let them/those people to decide the best way to go about this. I cant see any more progress being had from this thread.
