Eelektross that has levitate and doesn't float (though it makes it a BEAST haha ) Also , mostly every ghost are floating in their sprites , and not all of them have levitate ^^' Only ghost that I think shouldn't have levitate is Golurk,Arceus Ghost form,Spiritomb and dusclops

Non , they both suck , good dragon type Is Hydreigon or Haxorus but Mienshao is better than druddigon if you really want one of these 2

If I can say something , Go catch yourself an Axew In mistralton cave , it's a dragon type , it's really fast and has high attack , you should train it to at least level 40-42 and then you should be able to defeat the gym leader if your team is Legit ^^'
