i have the move but it wont let me use it i have beaten every gym so far i think. ok i looked and its not a gym that you get the abliity from. does anyone know where you get the ability to use strength from? i figured it out i didnt know i had to do it diferently

well i spoke to her outside the contest hall and she said i would have to be stronger to battle her and she left, but she isnt at the gym.

the leader isnt there so i just went ahead and did two other gyms and now i need to beat her. where is she? can someone tell me where i have to go to find her so that i can battle her.
