    Move so far at 100% fail chance?

    I'm just curious about this because I got my game complete up to the second gym. Every time I use roar on one of my pokemon, it fails 100% of the time! Is this because a value may not be set for the move roar? or is it just because it's not implemented yet? Minor problem but I'm just curious...

    Well there might be a way to do what we want xD just that it's not as obvious as we might see it to be?
