i would recommend you other move set Shadow Ball/Focus Blast/Thunderbolt and Destiny Bond\Energy Ball it gives you greater chanse of x2 attack becous a lot of people dont expect EB on Gengar and you got DB so you can kill any kind of pokemon as long as you are faster :)

In snow point city xD There is a character standing in the snow up to his neck... and while playing it first time when i saw her i yell "WTF you are standing in the snow" and my friend started to laugh so hard he split his tea all over my desk lolz xD

Didn't play on HG/SS version. But i had to say that some sprites in Platinum are horrible... And nostalgia factor from G/S will probably make me choose SS/HG if i played them : P

You would improve if you change it to some sort of tank like s.def blissey or def metagross :)

You should reconsider making new pokemons :) They natures are realy bad :P and stats are not so high...
