I started to play this just recently and must say, it´s an amazing work. A question tough: Are physical and special moves split by types(like in Gen I,II,III) or by moves(like in Gen IV onwards)?

If that´s ingame, then kick out Shuckle. Ingame, it´s all about sweeping and SR won´t help you much, as the KI doesn´t switch 99% of the time. Actually you can beat the E4 with anything, imo. The best way for me is CB-Scizor+SubTran.

I actually think it´s pretty useful. Slaking may not need it, but with Shedinja it is good to get more SDs and block super effective hits. Destiny Bond seems useless to me in Doubles and especially here, as Gengar is most likely to be ignored when having skill swapped.

Special attack is best trained in the old mansion in Eterna Forest. Be sure to have power lense and Pokerus, tough. Btw if it´s already Lv38, where did you train it? Depending on that, it already has some EVs.

If you want to use Kingdra, you have to play in OU tier. I highly doubt that Castform stands any chance there. Also, your team is way to stallish. Rain Dance may have the advantage of Damp Rock, but it still doesn´t last forever. The idea behind Rain is normaly to sweep as fast as possible...
