So I've installed DPE and CFRU and when testing everything I've found that eevee can't learn dig and monferno can learn water pulse (through tm) I've checked the TM folder in the DPE and eevee is in the dig folder and monferno isn't in the water pulse folder! Does anyone know what has happened...
