Still got the same problem: I can't exit mt. sunrise because the event that should happen doesn't trigger, my rival and the grunt in the left corner are missing but the grovyle is there.

Just a little question: Did you find a way to fix the bug that the last event in Mt. Sunrise doesn't trigger for me (the npc in the left of the down line misses and my rival but not his grovyle)?

I think I found another bug: Whenever I climb down the ladder to the excavation site my screen goes dark and I can't do anything. However, when I climb down the ladder with a pokemon following me I can see the excavation site but can neither move nor open the menu.
