    Are there any ROM Hacks that incorporate the Nuzlocke Challenge as a central theme?

    I think this is a very interesting idea to set in stone, so that the player can't deviate from the rules or have to waste time releasing each pokemon.

    FireRed hack: Pokemon Apollo

    Best hack I've played so far. Try to nerf Granbulls by making a counter to them though. I was able to play through the entire game with its pre-evolution and Granbull with no other pokemon. Also, Clear Smog leaves the sprite in place for the enemy whenever it dies.
