I'm not sure what link you're looking at, but the link on the first post goes to dropbox. Anyways, Graveler evolves into Golem at level 36, and Sneasel evolves into Weavile through happiness.

1. Download the app called "Unipatcher" 2. Find a ROM of FireRed v1.0 (Try the squirrels ROM, just Google 'fire red squirrels') 3. Use Unipatcher to apply the patch to the game

In VBA, click on options, emulator, save type, then make sure flash 128k is checked. That should fix the save issue.
