Actually better yet, trade evolutions should be now level up evolutions. Espeon and Umbreon Evee forms should be stones. This was actually used in Emerald+ by the way :P Since Fire Red has no time, that's probably the only way, and since it's a hack of Gold, it should have Espeon and Umbreon.
