Emerald hack: Pokémon Emerald++
There is this bug/problem where if you take mudpik as your starter, you can’t complete the pokedex (without trading) since there is no torchic random encounter for that. Also some other starters from other regions but mainly this is the issue. Without it regional dex entries can’t be made...- Karan7991kumar

Emerald hack: Pokémon Emerald++
I think the bug is that hms and tms got reversed somehow and if you only get one hm, you can't ever use it again. Most of it is fine because you get items like the axe and scuba gear, but for fly, (and I think waterfall, haven't gotten there yet) you don't get any key item so if you use it once...- Karan7991kumar
