This program seems to be simply broken. upon loading the rom, it shows for example roxanne as having a geodude, tentacruel, and claydol. pokemon and moves inputed are shuffled around apparently at random when saving. Ah i get it now. Upon saving the pokemon you were working on shifts left 1-so...

Those stats must be sharked because they are too high for RSE. NB teambuilder cannot reach those stats with everything perfect.

Neither of those pokes are ideal for special sweeping, imo. Why not use something with massive special attack like alakzam? Or if you really want dragons, Rayquaza. Its like salamence but vastly upgraded with 150 in both attacking stats(!) and 5 less speed points.

When your in team builder icicle, go to 'expert' and turn 'snap' on, this will move ev's in even increments.

OHKO moves are considered lowly by just about everyone. Your articune set above is much better.
