I would eliminate Sunkern, it's just kind of useless, even when it evolves. It's worst than magikarp, and that's a lot, and apparently 1.000.000 years ago it also existed, so yeah, no natural selection for little seed.

I strongly believe Hypno would be a pretty scary thing to tell children before they go to bed or misbehave, like a boogeyman. Also i would be terrified if my kid was walking down the streets and Drifloons where floating around freely.

I was once trapped at one of the Whirl Islands in Pokemon Gold, i went in without having the HM Flash, so basically i couldn't see a thing. When i stepped in, i went a couple steps further and realized i jumped down a ledge. Basically, i was there alone with my Typhlosion, it was my first time...

I would change the shiny form of Cyndaquil, i don't care that much about being kinda brown (but black or grey could be cool), but i would change the fire to blue or violet like the 2nd gen shiny sprites.
