    Emerald hack: Pokémon Scorched Silver v1.3 [Complete]

    I'm using VBA (and tried to fix it with VBA-M) and have the same issue. I'm perpetually between 12pm-36pm and have no idea how to fix it. Edit: So I opened the save in pkhex and reset the RTC, that seemed to fix it. I was able to see 11am ingame time and evolve my Sneasler
