I joined another Pokemon website (not at all like PC, mind you) and you had to go through a whole entire quiz on the forum rules, site rules, and etc. The questions basically asked were like,"How big can a user's signature be?","What is one thing we disallow on [board name here]?", etc, etc...

Pretty much the same right here. I have a few volumes of Inuyasha, half of the Inuyasha season box sets, and the complete Chobits box set, and MANY more I am forgetting. I may take pictures, but need to find my camera first. =/

I see people do this at the store I work at. It is generally acceptable there, so long as they pay for their drink/food/whatever it was. I've never done it myself, and usually prefer to eat in a more comfortable place than in a store.
