    Thank you for responding. I caught mine under the bridge next to the Weather Institute (https://imgur.com/tqmhcmo), which thankfully saved me hours of searching.

    It's been 6 years since this thread was opened, but I'm hoping somebody will answer. Can Feebas be caught in this version of Emerald? The usual 6 river tiles along route 119 that is.
