Seconding this. My Worldmap is glitched.

I'm attempting to modify the world map in Pokemon Emerald for my Rom Hack using unLZ GBA tool and Every time I load up the map it seems to be glitched. See the files Attached Below I'm using this tutorial: pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=180336 What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to use the DS Pokemon Editor but it won't work. I have tried both .exe's and they don't run. What am I doing wrong?
