Is there anything to the cursed book in Amberyellow library? There's a red looking book that's different from the rest, but I've done everything in the game through Central Area , and the scientist in the back just says to leave him alone.

Where do I find the last hide and seek brother? ... I found the one in Gravidant city and the sister west of Atlernion City. Edit: Found the 3rd on the way to the E4 south immediately before the league. Lol the reward was not very proportional. Where can I find metal powder for the climb...

Thank you. Had a couple other questions: Any other legendaries aside from the Regis, Moltres, Celebi, Articuno, Zapdos, Lugia, Kyogre, Groupon, Rayquaza, and Mew? Anything else trigger after beating the Elite Four a second time or is that the end?

Where do you find the Sapphire? Found both the Emerald and Ruby...I want to make sure that it's not one items hidden or otherwise I found myself unable to get to.
