Latias/Latios UT for shiny piplup

The distribution was regulated by Nintendo. They were traded via link cables like the MYSTRY Mew. Hence why 10 ANIV pokes can't be shiny. If 10 ANIV (00010) pokes were shiny, why would they make Bryant Park, 10ANNIV, 10JAHRE, 10ANNI, 10ANIV all preset non-shiny? It doesn't make any sense...
