[Archive] Pokemon Essentials: Starter Kit for RPG Maker XP
Sorry for the nub question, but I'm just learning this stuff. I want there to be a item(So instead of a pokemon, I want it to be a boat, so let's just name the item boat for now.) that does what surf does(takes you across water) and to make surf a normal TM, also be a key item.
