I am having an issue where in battle my game gets stuck on the do not use portion for using items of any type. So I cant heal in battle or catch pokemon. is there a fix for this or? enjoyed the game until this happened though.

Why does staravia not evolve? It is level 42. Should evolve at 34.

I am stuck in the same spot as the others I do not understand why. Especially when this is marked as complete so we should be able to continue forward. Information would be nice since it doesn't seem like they got answers either.
