You can find the dotted cave by going to one of the sevii islands i THINK have you completed the game yet? (As in the e4)

I do think that if another pokemon game comes out with villains then yes they should use them i also think that team rocket should only have been used once hence the blasting off....

Most likely a water type because of the things that it can do damage to ALSO i think that water should be able to be effective against grass :P

I just traded lots of legendaries and then realized all about my empoleon when i put it in my pc i trained it up to level 73 and then i wanted more powerful pokemon...:( sorry empoleon...

Go and get pokemon ranger however you won't be able to do the glitch in the GTS.
