Game randomly resets when attempting the put the Cleanse Tag in the PC

So I'm getting really irritated with the Ecruteak move tutor. I'm trying to teach my Tentacruel Substitute and Swords Dance, but he randomly keeps suggesting bad moves (Rage, Bide, Skull Bash, etc.). Mind revealing how I can get him to teach my pokemon the moves that I actually WANT him to...

That's a huge letdown. Maybe get some help to work on the Battle Tower?

With the changes in how often shiny pokemon appear (1/256), were there any changes to the breeding aspects of it? I remember back in G/S/C, the odds of hatching a shiny pokemon while breeding with a shiny ditto was about 1/64. Has that been altered to a lower amount as well?

Is there any way to teach my Slowbro Thunderwave through the Ecruteak move tutor? EDIT: Nevermind, he taught it to him :)

Could I get a detailed explanation as to how the Ecruteak City move tutor works? It said "variety of moves", but he's only offered to teach my Slowbro for example one move (Psywave and only Psywave).

Wi-fi battles are set though. And we've learned how to play around that. This adds a nice challenge to it imo.

Would you consider this hack better than Complex Crystal? I've only played that version, but there were a lot of bugs. I do love that there was so much time and research put into this game. Big fan of G/S/C Rom hacks. EDIT: Also, looking back on one of your older videos of this ROM hack...

Not to mention the 3 sisters at the island on Route 34. Their Pokemon are surprisingly low-leveled as well (Levels range from 22-28).

^ It's in your item slot. It's marked as "Basement key x1". It can still be used to open the door. Be warned as the item can be sold/dropped/etc. so I wouldn't recommend tampering with it. Also, I've noticed in a few spots that certain trainers and wild pokemon haven't gotten their levels...

Will this file load on Lameboy Nds? I've been trying to play this emulator on my DSI
