    Just follow these steps to catch mew, it's a glitch. It won't affect your game in any way, not like missingno. 1) Make sure you are at Cerulean City and haven't defeated Misty. Make sure you have an abra with teleport. 2) Go to the man who says "I saw your feat in the grass." 3) Walk infront...
