    Pokedit Hacked or fair game?

    Does it make me a bad person if I used programs like PokEdit merely to help complete my National PokeDex with event Pokemon (like Genesect, or Jirachi), because I was WAY behind the curb? I wouldn't use hacked Pokemon to do battle or trade with. I'd use it to try and complete my PokeDex...
