congrates on yet another shiny me i got none been soft reseting for charmander getting very long now very hard to keep at it

i c so to recive quick leveling it must be trained on a version it was not caught on will it be just as strong as if i trained it on the verison it was caught on?

i know that when you trade a pokemon over it will level faster my question are how much fast is there a %? if you traded the pokemon again would it getting even fast leveling? and when its traded and levels fast does this mean it will end up weaker then if it was non-traded?
