Emerald hack: Pokémon Scorched Silver v1.3 [Complete]
Beat the last gym leader and then talk to the old man inside the house,you can find the house near the gym where there is an old lady outside the house, Awake Lugia first then you can go to the Blackthorn city from ice path(ice cave) so you beat the gym leader to get Waterfall HM- Kun-Andika

Emerald hack: Pokémon Scorched Silver v1.3 [Complete]
Well after a more wide exploration i found that i was in the wrong cave, different dive spot lead to different cave entrance,the right spot to find Lugia is to surf from Liovine city until you found a dive spot with a red haired swimmer near it- Kun-Andika

Can anyone tell me how to find Lugia? I already explored the entire cave except the waterfall but still not be able to find it, Silver ask me to find Lugia to calm down Ho-Oh and gave me HM Dive but i can't climb the waterfall inside the cave because I don't have the Waterfall HM, Did i miss the...- Kun-Andika
