HITMONLEE gets my vote easily.. My favorite by far is Hitmonlee always been a fan of his design, and personally always liked the Pokemon.. Most useful is obviously Hitmonchan as that's already been stated.. Never really cared for Hitmonchan though

Lugia easily! ive never liked Ho-Oh (one of my least favorite legendary pokemon) but i admit they both have frigid designs. Even tho Ho-Oh is one of my least favorite legendary pokemon, you can't go wrong with LEGENDARY POKEMON
