Google -> Sphere Game Developer. Click on the first link which should be "Main Page - Spheriki". Then on the right side you should see a box with links, Click on the "Download" link just to the right of the column for sphere. I would paste you the link but I am not allowed to.

Yeah I've enjoyed playing Fuligin. Mostly plays in part because it somewhat follows the same sort of style I'm aiming for with my project.

Because the .ips file is just a patch file. You need a program like Lunar IPS, and then you patch the rom file with the IPS file.

Encountering a fairly annoying issue while playing through this, after I beat the fighting gym the Pokemon center in the town will cause my game to go all rainbow colors and freeze. (Occurs right after I finish talking to Nurse Joy). But overall a really nice hack, enjoying it thus far.
