Considering alot of legendaries are psychics I'd say Darkrai'd have a decent advantage.

Out of the one's listed I'd say pinsir or taurus. But what I'd really want is a dragon eeveelution.

Kanto- Celadon its just fun there. Johto- hmm, I liked them all but I'd probably say, Blackthorn I like dragon. Hoenn- Lavaridge or Mossdeep.
