That doesn't tell much but out of those two, Forretress would be your best choice seeing as he resists both of their weaknesses. Tangrowth can't handle your Ice weakness and he takes neutral damage to Dragon.

Haha, sorry but I'm no Graphic Artist.... And BK is good but its inaccurate and not as powerful as Flare Blitz. It's good you have Focus Sash, one miss from BK could leave Infernape to die with his low defensive stats. But yeah, I was just offering because your team seemed kinda unbalanced.
