I'd like to adopt a bulbasaur. Is it possible to trade one to my x version?

I don't know if you wanted specific IV's for the pokemon you need for your pokedex, but I have charmander, vulpix, and I can breed you a squirtle. I was wondering if you could get me a bulbasaur though. I didn't see it on the list, but I didn't think it could hurt to ask.
