anotheer question and i'm finished. if i cut a part and then paste it on the other image i cannot move it. why? how to move it around?

no i mean that when i use the select tool(the one with the star) i can select areas but then a square is coming out with almost all the sprite. how to choose specific parts without that square thing?

yes iread that one but to what size i must resize my sprite? hey dudes how do i create a patch file of my hack? (ips file)? and how can i make pokemons learn other moves than their types like picachu learning rock slide?

how can i use my own sprites in my hack? please explain but with some program not hex editor if possible. can i use normal pictures but resized ones? please help
