    When EV training your Pokemon when is the best time to evolve your Pokemon to its fully evolved form when it comes to Pokemon that evolve by trade? For Example I am currently trying to EV train my Horsea, when should I evolve it to Kingdra after it turns into Seadra?

    Evil looking Pokemon? o.O

    Does anyone else notice? They make some of the cutest or Pokemon you don't expect to be evil in the manga. Take Pryce's Delibird for example its got like the nastiest meanest eyes you could ever see...but its a Deilibird? o.O Its hard to picture it as evil...
