Yeah I think after I talked to the professor instead of going first to Hardroot Town I was at another City so I think that's why it happen. I don't know for sure tho.

Thanks dude I already figured the problem. I don't know for sure but i think it's a bug in the game. In order to speak to the old man in the Hardroot Town i had to beat the Elite Four 2 times. But thanks for answering :)

So i'm stuck at Hardroot town , what do i need to do in order so the old man tells me about the boulders? I already beaten the gym leaders & elite four . Cause i want to go to the second region.
