I'd have to say Articuno, even though I'm usually not into legendaries. But Articuno looks simply majestic, it's gorgeous. But there are loads of other cool Pokes in Gen 1 like Fearow, Exeggutor, Seadra, Voltorb, Magikarp, Jynx, Porygon etc.

Tyranitar is a beast. He just looks like he can't be defeated. Suicune is pretty cool too but out of the two definitely Tyranitar.
