Over 2 million copies were sold in Japan!! Compared to GTA V--a top seller right now in the US--only 360,000 were sold on the PS3 in Japan... Pokemon!!! Yerrr!!! I have both games but I think I'm more hooked on Pokemon when I'm by myself. I'll play that for hours until the battery runs out.

I pretty much save only in the randomest of places so I think I should be ok. It's good to know though, I'll watch those videos just in case.

That's what I think too. It's hard to convey the emotional context when the culture is very different because the speaking style and body language is not the same. ;3 But I guess it's easier for some people to watch dubbed shows because not everyone who watches Pokemon can read and you don't...

I wonder if anyone is playing Pokemon X and Y, having never played any of the Pokemon games before?? That seems interesting to me because most people have played at least one other Pokemon game previous to playing X and Y. ;3

I've always like Pokemon... It's just that it wasn't as accepted as it is now. Lesson to learn here is don't let others judge what you do. Playing Pokemon isn't going to hurt anyone so if you want to play it, play it. ;3

Just wondering which one people prefer here. I prefer watching subbed (subtitled) episodes rather than dubbed. Pokemon, in particular, require a lot of dubbing because of the pokemon noises that are in the anime. It'd be weird to hear Jigglypuff saying 'puri puri', haha. But Pikachu works...
