cant seem to encounter 3rd pokemon in FC so yeah i cant seem to encounter the 3rd pokemon of any friend safaris i go in to, is there some kind of thing you have to have or do before you can encounter them? Thanks

3ds xl battery life just got a new xl, just thought id ask if the battery life would decrease by using the console while its charging? i know that the battery life will decrease anyway through time, just want to know if using the console while charging will accelerate that decrease of battery...
