You can also swap (and switch) palette colors in NSE by right-clicking another color in the palette window.
"Swap," (as shown above) simply changes the palette while "Switch" also conserves the original image.

The plan is for the engine to be made opensource after the game is released, but that, unfortunately, may never happen as I find my self having less and less time to work.
Is there anything you can tell me about these sites you're working on, or are they both heavily guarded?
Unfortunately the engine is not for Pokemon, as it is designed for 3D; although it could possibly be used to make a Pokemon Colosseum-esque game.
Ironically though, some of the first test-models I used were maps that were ripped from Diamond :)
